About This Position

E-Gate / Elink Language Gate is a language education organization founded in 2007 and based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We provide foreign teacher programs, English projects, language center classes, and professional development services for partner schools in Vietnam.

We are now recruiting qualified Foreign English Teachers for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Main locations: Hanoi City and Bac Ninh Province.
Selected projects: An Giang Province and other provinces, depending on school assignments.

Teachers will normally be assigned to one main teaching location based on qualifications, experience, availability, legal document status, and project requirements.

- An Giang Province and selected provinces: School-based English projects
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Teach English to students aged 6–18.
- Follow provided curriculum, lesson plans, and PowerPoint materials.
- Adapt lessons to different student levels and school contexts.
- Work with Vietnamese teaching assistants, Vietnamese teachers, and school staff.
- Join school activities, English clubs, demo classes, training sessions, meetings, or school events when required.
- Follow school regulations, teaching schedules, classroom rules, and professional conduct requirements.
WORKING SCHEDULE

- Full-time: Daytime work, mainly Monday–Friday and/or Saturday morning, according to the assigned school schedule.
- Part-time: Flexible schedule based on class needs and teacher availability.
- Expected full-time workload: Approximately70+ –100 confirmed teaching hours/month, depending on legal document status, working location, school timetable, and project assignment.
In addition to classroom teaching, teachers may be required to join school activities, English clubs, events, training, meetings, or other school-related activities when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or equivalent teaching certificate.
- Valid passport.
- Clean Police Check / Criminal Record.
- English certificate for non-native English-speaking teachers, required for the Work Permit application.
- Teaching experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to provide required documents for Work Permit processing in Vietnam.
Overseas-issued documents may need to be legalized/Apostilled, translated, and notarized/certified according to Vietnamese regulations.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES

- Native English-speaking teachers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
- European and other non-native English-speaking teachers with strong English proficiency and suitable teaching qualifications.
- Teachers currently in Vietnam or overseas are welcome
- Candidates with documents ready for Work Permit processing are preferred.
- Teachers who are flexible with school/project assignments and can adapt to Vietnamese school environments.
SALARY & BENEFITS

- Teaching rate: VND 400,000 – 480,000 NET per confirmed teaching hour.
- Expected full-time workload: 70–100 confirmed teaching hours/month.
- Expected full-time take-home income: Around VND 38,000,000 – 50,000,000 NET/month, depending on teaching hours, working location, timetable, and assignment. The Company will handle applicable Vietnamese PIT under the NET salary arrangement.
- Work Permit procedure support in Vietnam, subject to legal eligibility and complete required documents.
- Entry sponsorship letter and TRC sponsorship support, subject to eligibility and Company policy.
- Housing support may be considered for selected full-time assignments.
- Transportation/fuel support may apply depending on working location, confirmed teaching hours, and project policy.
- Teaching materials and PowerPoint lessons provided where applicable.
- Vietnamese teaching assistants or school staff support for school-based classes.
- HR and academic team support during onboarding and teaching assignment.
- Employer-side compulsory insurance contribution will be handled according to Vietnamese regulations.
